PRESIDENT

Ava-Lyn Minott, is a certified Project Manager and Grant Consultant with almost a decade of knowledge and experience in the professional service industry. Ava-Lyn is currently the Founder and CEO of ProFirm, Ltd, a Project Management and Professional Services Firm. Prior to ProFirm, she was the General Manager for Andkar Finance Limited, a financial service company. Over the years, Ava-Lyn also worked with a number of private and public sector organizations as a Project/Grant Consultant and Corporate Trainer.

Ava-Lyn is a member of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce where she currently serves as the representative for the MSME sector. Most recently she was appointed to serve on the MSME National Policy Implementation Committee as Co-Chair for the Business Enabling environment working group. Ava-Lyn has also been an active member of the PMI Jamaica Chapter where she served on varying project committees including Project Chairperson for the National Labour Day Projects and Scopeathalon workshop.

When not serving in these capacities, Ava-Lyn doubles as an exponential life coach, writer/speaker and founder of the “CEO Formula” – an exponential life success formula to activate the power of “Counting Every Opportunity”.
