DSDT College, a leader in professional development, technology and healthcare training, is seeking a versatile Project Management Instructor certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). As we are moving to expand our training offerings, this role is crucial for advancing our mission to equip professionals with top-tier project management skills across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver project management training aligned with PMI’s certification standards.
- Develop and update a curriculum that covers all PMI certifications: PMP® (Project Management Professional), CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project
Management), PgMP® (Program Management Professional), PfMP® (Portfolio Management Professional), PMI-PBA® (PMI Professional in Business Analysis),
PMI-ACP® (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner), PMI-RMP® (PMI Risk Management Professional), and PMI-SP® (PMI Scheduling Professional). - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in various formats including live, online, and hybrid settings.
- Evaluate participants’ progress and provide tailored feedback to ensure understanding and application of project management principles.
- Remain updated with PMI standards and industry best practices to integrate into training modules.
Qualifications
- Certification in one or more PMI credentials: PMP®, CAPM®, PgMP®, PfMP®, PMI-PBA®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-SP®.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and education within professional settings.
- Proficient in modern educational techniques, including digital and remote learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in curriculum development and educational program management.
- Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in education, project management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve PMI certifications.

Compensation: Starting at J$2 929,97 or $18.75 USD per hour
