Mrs Sheila Wong, PMP
Sheila Wong is a highly effective and experienced finance executive with proven successes in financial, strategic and change management consultations. She has expertise in coordinating and monitoring fiduciary arrangements. Her extensive finance background covers credit and cash flow management, financial accounting, budget management, audit and risk management, inventory and asset management, and performance management.
She has held senior roles in the Private and Public sectors, including Principal Finance Officer in the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service Jamaica, Financial Controller/Assistant General Manager of the Petroleum Company of Jamaica Ltd., Chief Accountant of Diageo (Red Stripe), and Assistant Vice President-Finance, Port Authority of Jamaica
Sheila is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and serves as Vice Chair of the Public Sector Committee. She holds MSc in Accounting and Certifications in Project Management, Business Process Analysis, PROSCI Change Management and Public Financial Management. She was recognized for her effective leadership and was presented with a Leadership Award from the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service
