Mr. Gavern Tate, PMP
Gavern D. Tate is registered Jamaican Architect and Project Management Professional who has been practicing in Jamaica since graduating from the Universidad Nacioñal Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU) Santo Domingo, in 2000 with a Master of Science Degree in the Conservation of Monuments. This after earning a Master of Architecture Degree from the Caribbean School of Architecture at the University of Technology. He subsequently earned the Project Management Professional, PMP, designation in 2010 and has maintained this credential to date.
In his fields of training and expertise, he has worked on local, regional and international projects that have differed in complexity, social and economic impact. And having been called upon to present several papers in international fora, has helped to position the island’s heritage professionals as leaders in the field.
Currently, he is the principal of the consulting firm GDT DESIGNS Ltd. Architects. Project Managers.
