Jeanette Calder is fully engaged in civil society advocacy for better public governance. She has been reliably vocal on governance issues, in particular those relating to procurement, corruption and public sector reform. In 2016, she researched and produced Jamaica’s first Simplified Citizen’s Budget and Guide to enhance National Budget Literacy as a bedrock of improving public financial management and stewardship.
